So what is the 48 Hour Film Project, anyway??

Well, we made a film in 48 hours!

At 7pm on Friday, teams meet to get their assignments. Everyone is given the same prop, character, and line of dialogue, all of which must be included into the film. Then each team draws their own specific genre out of a hat. Teams have until 7pm on Sunday to submit their films.

Our Assignments:

Genre - Western

Prop - a marker

Line - "Let's start at the beginning..."

Character - Madison Everhart, an event planner

In this satirical western narrative short film, a mysterious old-school cowboy arrives in New York City. When he walks into the nearest bar for a drink, he doesn't expect to meet the love of his life and his mortal enemy all in the span of 5 minutes.
